If you want an appraiser that cares about timelines, Andy and Steven are probably the worst option in town. We hired him after confirming multiple times that our appraisal would be ready on Friday. I had to reach out Monday, they promised Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon got changed to Monday night. Then Tuesday afternoon. Then Tuesday night.
