I want to live at this store and hang out with Pierce all day! He was so kind and patient with me when I brought my machine in to be serviced !! He also gave me an amazing deal on a new embroidery machine and took the time to walk me through how it works! It’s hard to find people who love what they do and enjoy the customer service side of their job! Do not hesitate to reach out or visit their store in person, will shop no where else for all my sewing basics!

I got my Singer Heavy Duty fixed here at a very reasonable/affordable price! Before, it would not do any of the special stitches. Now, nothing can stop me! They also had a quick turnaround. Between the initial dropoff, exam of the machine, and finally the fix, it took less than two weeks - on a holiday weekend. I am a college student and can't afford / don't have room for a nicer sewing machine, but when I do I've decided to buy my next one here :). For now I am very happy with my "new" old sewing machine!

I’ve been to this center 5-6 times with various machine problems. They are honest and have fixed my machine problems in a timely manner. When one of my machines wasn’t worth fixing, they were honest about it costing more than it was worth. All of the workers I’ve dealt with were super nice too!
