Incredibly unhelpful and condescending. I recently bought a small machine to try my hand at sewing for the first time but the bobbin will not spin. Based off of the glowing reviews I was excited to find some help but was sadly disappointed. I brought my machine to Home Sewing Center for help, repair, any sort of guidance at all and was met with “Oh, I don’t know. I really don’t know.” that’s it. Nothing else. I want to live at this store and hang out with Pierce all day! He was so kind and patient with me when I brought my machine in to be serviced !! He also gave me an amazing deal on a new embroidery machine and took the time to walk me through how it works! It’s hard to find people who love what they do and enjoy the customer service side of their job! Do not hesitate to reach out or visit their store in person, will shop no where else for all my sewing basics!

I got my Singer Heavy Duty fixed here at a very reasonable/affordable price! Before, it would not do any of the special stitches. Now, nothing can stop me! They also had a quick turnaround. Between the initial dropoff, exam of the machine, and finally the fix, it took less than two weeks - on a holiday weekend. I am a college student and can't afford / don't have room for a nicer sewing machine, but when I do I've decided to buy my next one here :). For now I am very happy with my "new" old sewing machine!
