Went to this location to get grass seed which was in stock on their website. When I was there I asked a worker to pull down the pallet it was sitting on so I could buy some and they said no their manager won’t allow them to do that. I asked another worker who said the same thing. This policy makes no sense, having it in stock online and refusing to bring down the pallet to sell it doesn’t make sense at all. We came in looking for some products in the insulation isl morning of Nov 8th. The gentleman we met there that was a Home Depot employee was probably the kindest person I've met and spoke with in years. Specially in the customer service industry! He tried to help and was so polite. An example of proper sales etiquette. 👏
