Our kitchen reno with Renuit (through Home Depot) was a mixed experience. Overall I'm happy with the look, we went with white uppers and wood grain lowers. Attention to detail in some areas was great (eg. going the extra mile to get black hinges to match black hardware), not so great in others. Communication was not good. Went to this location to get grass seed which was in stock on their website. When I was there I asked a worker to pull down the pallet it was sitting on so I could buy some and they said no their manager won’t allow them to do that. I asked another worker who said the same thing. This policy makes no sense, having it in stock online and refusing to bring down the pallet to sell it doesn’t make sense at all.
