A few months ago, my renter hired a plumber from this location to fix the shower handle at my home in Legacy. Recently, I discovered a massive leak from the handle that flooded my ceiling. Upon inspection, I found that the plumber had not installed the retainer pin on the cartridge. This could have been either intentional or a result of a lack of skill or knowledge.
