We had carpet installed by them in December 2016. The installers were Romanoff Flooring. They left us with lots of damage to our walls, baseboards, door facings, a busted door and damage to two pieces of furniture. I have tried numerous times to get someone to address these problems but they always say they will get back to me and they never do. Don't even try to buy doors here, people in this department incredibly rude and unhelpful, I paid $30 for a measure and quote, guy never showed until 2 days after he said he would then he messed up the measure which required him to come back out to my house. If I'm going to pay $3000 for new interior doors I expect a little bit better service
