We are doing improvements on our house and on September10 ordered supplies from the Menomonee Falls store. We were told the order would be delivered in 3 to 5 weeks. Final delivery was made on Nov 18th, 10 weeks after placing our order. The delay was caused by their mishandling the order but not once did they initiate communication with us regarding the status of our order. We had to call to get any info.
