I would not recommend this company for custom window replacement. Installed scratched up windows, with sloppy upper joints and screens with gaps in the corners and claim its standard even though sales person nor advertising photos or description in print informed me if this. Who would by damaged windows????? And management (regional) had the audacity to tell me people were paid bonus already...nothing they were willing to do. Which is extremely unprofessional. Tried to get a quote for new cabinets and counter top for a kitchen remodel. Someone came out to measure the kitchen (Depot charged $50 for this). Then ...nothing. No plans, no calls, no emails. Went back to the store 3 times and got the runaround on why it is taking so long. Waited 3 weeks. 4 weeks, more calls......finally after 6 weeks I called the store manager.
