1/28/24: Wade was EXCEPTIONAL!! Everyone was accessible and friendly. First, I spoke to Brian at the service desk to ask where to find a Klein Level. He directed me to aisle 31. I got there, but couldn't find what I was looking for. Close by, Wade was happy to help. He found my item was available in store, found where it was stored, and grabbed a ladder to get it for me. Ask for assistance and waited for about 10 minutes. I decided to go to Ace Hardware.
Due to health problems I am not able to wear a mask. Ordered a toilet and came to pick it up in store at customer service desk was quickly asked if I had a mask. Explained that I can't wear a mask and was refused service and asked to leave the store. Wouldnt speak with me further other than to offer a mask. I had to ask for a manager who was nice but also said store policy is YOU MUST wear a mask to enter the store.
