The sales experience was good. The person we talked too thought he knew everything! Had storm doors installed. I was not home. The doors never closed properly. We had to lift and pull to close. About six months later it was coming off at the hinge. Before they installed, I asked them to replace the existing frame. I was willing to pay extra if I had too. I was told the frame was fine and didn't need to be replaced. So now we have to lift and pull. And if your a visitor, you can forget it. Too difficult. I know Loews, and Hom... read more
