Went in to purchase a hot water heater. It took forever to find an associate. The man that did come, we asked him to explain the process. We needed it to be installed. So he took us to his computer, took my information then walked away. He didn't explain what my information was for or how we can make our purchase. Bought 16,000 worth of kitchen cabinets counters and floor. Worst experience ever had. They hid trim in the make up of the counters we did not discuss. It was a nightmare The counter company Home Depot employs. Front Range Stone are the most unprofessional people to put in counters. The only good part was the floor contractor. Would not recommend the store for kitchens.
I purchased a hot water heater from home depot which was a huge mistake. I was under quoted by 550.00 dollars and the install was a diasater.
