Had a fantastic experience with Adam and the team! They installed my propane furnace, heat pump and hot water tank all in one day - arriving at 8:30 am and working straight through until 9 pm on a Friday. The install was done beautifully, everything was spotless afterwards, and Adam took the time to walk me through the full install, how to use everything and answered all my questions. Really professional, friendly, and hardworking crew! Highly recommend them!
Always courteous and efficient
The Home Service Group has provided excellent service to us. Our first experience a couple of years ago was the installation of both furnace and air conditioner. They were punctual, sensitive, explained the operation of the equipment and have been servicing them annually. Most recently they installed a new water heater, and once again expeditiously. We continue to be very pleased.
Technicians were effective and courteous.
