Didn't hold their appointment commitment. Was told at 8am to call them at 4pm and they'd be right out. We called at 3:30 and the guy said he'd be out a bit later. At 8:30pm we called the office and they said that everyone was at a Christmas party and no one would be going out on jobs tonight. If they just would have said that from the get go instead of promising service then we would have had time to find someone else. Now yet another night with no hot water.
