We are currently in a lease here. And I wouldn’t recommend this company. Since May the water heater in the apartment was malfunctioning. Pedro Gomes first told me he wasn’t going to fix it and was very disrespectful as a landlord. So I filed a complaint with the Code enforcement department. Which was back in September. He finally decided in the third week of October to order parts for the water heater and said that the issue will be resolved by the next week. It wasn’t resolved by the next week.
