I was given Sam Schroeder information from a friend to see if he could help us looking for a home. Sam was very professional at first and connected us with a mortgage broker to see if we could get pre-approved. I was very up front with Sam with what we were trying to do and as soon as I had questions about what the mortgage broker was offering Sam disappeared. Jennifer Messenger did an amazing job making my first home buying experience as stress free as possible. She was actually the seller's agent but she picked up the slack when my agent dropped the ball. I couldn't have made it through this process with my sanity if it wasn't for her. This is my second time selling a house with Patrick. He really knows his stuff. Coming from a construction background, Patrick is more knowledgeable than most home inspectors out there, I think.
