From my experience, the customer service was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this company. The installation was done on a Friday, but the programming was not completed. I was told a technician would return the following Monday to finish setting up the alarm system, so I took time off work. Unfortunately, no one showed up on Monday, and I did not receive any notice, call, or follow-up. In addition, the technicians did not take basic care to keep my home clean.
