We have been with HSMP for well over 10 years. Their monitoring is affordable and their services professional with no high pressure sales. David came in this past week to fix a glitch in our old system but after he had been with us for a short period we asked him if another system might help my husband who has Parkinson’s and so button bounce is a problem, he needed a bigger display. Great service from David and Jim on a recent 3-camera install at my home in Kanata. From start to finish, these guys were very professional and took the time to explain setup and operation. A minor hiccup with one of the cameras was quickly made right and everything is working very well. Would recommend without hesitation!
Wanted to post a review after my recent interaction with HSMP. I was a client of HSMP for 10 years and always had fantastic service from Robert and David. Everything from my initial install to all required customer service calls were handled with attention to detail, care, and professionalism. My situation has changed and I no longer require service from them but that didn't stop them from going above and beyond to help me with a problem I had with my system recently.
