I had a flood in my kitchen from a broken pipe under my sink and when I got home from work, my kitchen was flooded and basically everything destroyed (cabinets). I called Home Safe Restoration from a referral of a family member who had a great experience with them and especially working with Billy Addeo. From the 1st phone call I felt completely at ease. Waited weeks for this company to come in and give me an estimate. I was told I'd have the information within a few days. It's been over a month. They ignore my calls, texts. I had to call from a number they didn't recognize just to get an answer and was told that "oh baby I'm not ignoring you, it's just been busy" Thanks for wasting my time, I've moved on. ...You should too if you are reading this.
