Contractor arrived early to provide a quote, was professional and polite. Explained thoroughly what would need to be completed for the job. Sent over a quote in a timely manner and wasn't like other contractors with hidden add-ons. Very transparent with costs and finished the project on the quoted timeline. Always available by phone for questions and provided excellent contracting advice for other jobs I required. All of the hired subcontractors were of the same caliber.
