Home Road Real Estate have gone above and beyond for me when no one else would! They supported me through an insurance claim when I was left high and dry by my prior real estate after an accident from a neighbouring property. It's a shame that Google doesn't allow the negative star reviews. Haven't come across any liar company like this in Australia. All talk no show type of people/policy. Have lost hundreds of dollars in VCAT application, bond amount due to no service at all from this company - took all type of fees from us to submit VCAT application but did absolutely nothing. Property manager rude, no courtesy to talk to customers, no attention to details to be able to read through the rent statements etc. we had to follow every week for the r... read more

I can highly recommend Home Road RE. We don't live close to our property that is managed by them and they bring great peace of mind that everything is being looked after properly. We had many hurdles to overcome prior to rental, but everyone at Home Road was very efficient, professional and helpful throughout the process.

I would strongly advise against renting through Home Road Real Estate. My experience has been extremely disappointing from the beginning. Communication is poor, and I have found the owner to be unprofessional, aggressive, and unwilling to listen to tenants’ concerns. Rather than working collaboratively to resolve issues, I often felt dismissed and spoken to disrespectfully.
