Edit: I still live here and enjoy it but know multiple people who have recently moved out where the building has tried to charge them ridiculously large cleaning or damage fees. They really try and screw over anyone moving out with fees. For this reason I've removed 2 stars. This is the nicest place I've ever lived by a huge margin. Staff and amenities are amazing, I feel like I've won the lottery living here. I never thought I'd live in a place this nice and will be staying for many years.
Todd the maitenance man was walking past me in the parking lot today, as I happened to find my tire was flat. Without a second thought he helped me replace my tire which saved me a lot of time. It was much appreciated and super kind of him!
Amazing place to live with awesome facilities and staff, wish I could give this place 10 stars out of 5. Todd the maintenance man saved my drowning dog from the Yarra one day, like a true hero he dived in bare chested from a 5 meter tall bridge completely disregarding his own safety. Rumour has it the character Jack Reacher is based on Todd, but when approached for the role, Todd declined the million dollar pay because he enjoyed his job at Home Richmond so much. This apartment building is deserving of 5 stars and more. The location, facilities and friendly staff are beyond what we expected. Our young family of 4, two adults, a 2 year old and a 4 year old, lived in this apartment building from October 2023-June 2024 and thoroughly loved every aspect of living here. It accommodates everyone, families, individuals, working professionals.
