Living next to this building is beyond stressful. It's filled with a lot of young Irish/English travelers who constantly drink too much and make a lot of noise - think drunks yelling, shouting, singing, arguing etc loud music as well late at night, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES - screaming off a balcony at 2am is not a problem for this lot. I lived at home Richmond for over a year and although the facilities are beautiful you better be careful when you move out !! jeez the leasing team is not only unorganised and unprofessional and take forever to get back to you or sort anything out, I hade made numerous notes on things that needed fixing / broken upon arrival that now I am being charged with, I paid for my last portion of rent handed in my keys and have been met with attempts to push that i must pay rent again even though I had provided proof once the proof c... read more
I absolutely love living at Home Richmond. The location is unreal, everything’s walkable, the facilities are top notch, but honestly, it’s the staff who take this place from great to legendary. Take Bailee for example. Bailee is one of the true unsung heroes of Home Richmond. Once, I missed my HelloFresh delivery and sheepishly asked if she could take it up to my apartment. EDIT: I am updating my original review of 5-stars since moving out. Management and policies changed a lot since I first moved in. Living there was wonderful and the concierge staff are still a dream to work with. But upon moving out, everything went wrong. They tried not to honour agreements that were made with regards to not charging me for removing improvements made to the apartment such as added shelving (which I was told when moving in was part of what made the location unique and that they wanted residents to feel like ... read more
