My current CPAP machine is on it's last leg so over two .months ago I requested a replacement machine. Aero are has transferred me from one office to a other with little communication between offices so I was required to give explanations over and over I was recently told by one office that my order was cancelled. My physician faxed an order which was requested and now I have been told thineed additional information. I have never had to endure such ineptitude imt whole life. Absolutely lousy. My son an US Airman has been waiting since the 8th of September for a CPAP. The Tricare Authorization was approved 09/17/2024, still to this date 09/23/2024 AeroCare has stated that they do not have the Authorization, being that AeroCare has not updated their fax number with major insurances. We went elsewhere. Pathetic.

I just have had all of my old equipment replaced. Lyle was the technician and he did an outstanding job of setting up the new machines and most importantly he was very thorough with his instructions and comments by way of orientation to the new machines. If I could give 0 stars for the AeroCare in Winder, I would. I spoke with a very miserable person that hates her job. I told her what problems I was having with my cpap machine and she said I was wrong! I told her the machine hasn’t uploaded since the 13th. How could she tell the problem I’m having with the pressure is wrong! I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me she was the manager.
