Home Res-Q did an excellent job on our recent kitchen remodel in our Florida vacation condo. We do not live full time in the condo, hence questions or problems had to be answered over the phone from our home in North Carolina. Nick communicated with me promptly by phone and supplied photos as the project progressed from demolition to installation of flooring, tile, cabinets and appliances. The subs he used were excellent. The two Res-Q professionals showed up on time and immediately went to work on a complex project to raise a door threshold of a public bathroom that had sunken. Also adding a new outdoor drain where water was always present. All in one day! We highly recommend Res-Q for your difficult needs!

I highly recommend Home ResQue! As a family-owned company, they truly care about their customers. Nick, one of the owners, was personable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He was willing to take on the challenge of working with a USDA Senior Home Repair Grant for the first time and went above and beyond to make it happen. Wayne and Big Nick did a great job! Awesome craftsmanship and have an eye for detail. As for communication with the company it was non existent on their end, until Casey started then we seen improvements. Do not sign your contract unless all items are listed or they will not be honored even when signing with the office staff (Amanda C) reassured us everything would be fine and we would have no issues, well that was until I realized the said item (missing from contract) would not be provided unless you do a change order an... read more

Great job done in a reasonable amount of time very polite group of people from the owner to the installer will definitely recommend and use for other home improvements
