Home Res-Q did an excellent job on our recent kitchen remodel in our Florida vacation condo. We do not live full time in the condo, hence questions or problems had to be answered over the phone from our home in North Carolina. Nick communicated with me promptly by phone and supplied photos as the project progressed from demolition to installation of flooring, tile, cabinets and appliances. The subs he used were excellent. Wayne and Big Nick did a great job! Awesome craftsmanship and have an eye for detail. As for communication with the company it was non existent on their end, until Casey started then we seen improvements. Do not sign your contract unless all items are listed or they will not be honored even when signing with the office staff (Amanda C) reassured us everything would be fine and we would have no issues, well that was until I realized the said item (missing from contract) would not be provided unless you do a change order an... read more
I strongly advise against hiring Home Res-Q Remodeling & Seamless Gutters. Their crew was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. Not only was the work quality poor, but they also showed a complete lack of respect for my property. They parked their work vehicles illegally, blocking access and causing damage to my lawn/driveway/landscaping. When I brought the damage to their attention, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. If you value your property, look elsewhere
