SHR is the most unprofessional company I have had the displeasure to deal with. The experience began wonderfully. Someone came to look at my project within a few days, as promised, and we were excited to be getting a quote. After about 1 1/2 weeks, the person who estimated the job left a voicemail stating that he could probably do the project if I didn't like the quoted price. I was asked to change my review if the problems could be fixed. After over a year, three contractors and no resolve, I'm done. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. It's clear the owner doesn't care. I just wish I could post photos. I would not EVER recommend HRS to anyone. Period.
