Response to job posting was prompt. Quote and date and time to attend agreed. Tradeperson arrived on time, identified the leak quickly and repaired the leak.
We had a couple of leaks in awkward places in our two bathrooms. The guy who came arrived late after a heavy day but he soldered on bravely and completed the job very smoothly and well. We were delighted with his workmanship and politeness. Well done!
Engineer arrived on time, and was courteous. He explained what he was going to do and why he needed to do it. He also undertook a 10 minute leak test instead of the standard two minute test, which meant that he was able to pick up a leak where others may not have been able to.
