The realtor of our property referred this company to perform mold remediation after the inspection report stated found evidence of issues in the attic and crawl space. Well I am not sure how to say this, but we almost had a business transaction. Due to the honesty, I was asked to check certain things, once checked this company was not needed. The issue was already fixed. I would not have known this except for the conversation I had with them. Saved me a lot of money, yet refused a consultant fee that I offered.
