Tom was very professional, and he knows his stuff! The most friendly guy you'd ever meet. Moved our RV travel trailer after it had been sitting on a seasonal site for 16 years. Came out ahead of time and explained what we needed to do to prepare for the move. On the day of the move him and his team were very efficient and organized. Very unprofessional. Will give you a quote on a job and then never show up on the agreed upon day.
Would not answer the phone no way to leave a message.
Had a water pump fixed. Tom was quick, replaced the pump and I was good to go. Very nice person. Was prompt and reasonable cost wise.
