Nikolai is extremely reliable and the renovations are on budget and on time. Will highly recommend HRB for renovations.
I've used HRB for various renovations/fixes/improvements over the years (full kitchen reno, master bath, tile replacement, and most recently small fixes throughout), and I don't plan to use anyone else going forward. HRB hits the right balance - very high-quality work that's done right **the first time**, and reasonable prices for the level of work provided. I simply don't have stress when I need something fixed, replaced, or redone - I know the work will be great and I can rely on them. Highly recommended.
I'm very happy that we chose HRB Home Remodeling and Nikolai to do a bathroom renovation for us. Nikolai and his crew tackled old and problematic plumbing issues professionally and with good humour despite the extra time involved in the unplanned repairs. Even with this initial setback Nikolai delivered the job on time and on budget and we could not be happier with the results - the bathroom looks fantastic. We will definitely use HRB Home Remodeling again.
Excellent job, reliable and fast I had to repair my deck and reinforce it as one side was going out more and more. I asked Nick for a quote and came over the next day. He explained everything what needs to be done and showed me how he would do it if hired. When I asked him to come and fix it he showed up in the 2nd day. The job was completed in 1 day as he said when gave me the quote. He repaired a few other little things as well, at no extra charge. Nicolai is very good at what he does. He's a true professional! My bathroom is a work of art and the tiles are done perfectly... The kitchen is emaculate and the heated tiles are perfect! Everything done in my suite/loft is done very professional by this man. I highly recommend you hire him for any home remodeling!
