We hired UpperAvenue construction to renovate our basement and powder room and I’m very happy with the work they did. Ivan and his team were always punctual, polite and helpful. Ivan was hands on with his team and always accommodated my requests. He finished on the timeline promised and good quality work. We will be using him again for other projects.

We had a great experience with UpperAvenue Construction. From the start, Ivan listened to our concerns regarding our kitchen and possible mold issues. He worked with us throughout the renovation project, kept us informed and always listened to our concerns.
