I had a sunroom built by this company a couple of years ago and the room looks great overall but the process was suspect. The owner was on time to pickup the payments but that was the only thing on time. HOA approval that the owner was to handle I had to get involved. Construction start date kept getting pushed back. Their customer service is as bad as it gets...do yourself a favor and take your business to someone else.
They never return calls or can tell me anything about my project.
Been Four months and still waiting on in law addition and sunroom to be build. At this rate we've lost all confident that our project will get started anytime soon. Anyone know of a good lawyer to get out of a contract. We feel like they took our money and abandoned us. Don't even bother calling their office cause mailbox is always full. This company took my money for a sunroom and never built the sunroom. They kept making excuses for why they had not started the project on 07/01/19, but they did take my money. They did not honor the contract signed on 04/29/17. I requested my money back as of 08/02/18 no refund has been issued and i have not heard from Home Renew.
