Home rail has been my supplier from last 18 years. Their pricing, customer service and products are really at a different level. They treat us like family and always welcome with open hours.
Very happy with my recent railings installation. The gentleman installer was very polite and did an absolutely excellent job. The results exceeded my expectations.
Friendly staff, and good quality products. Was in, placed order and out on my way very quickly.
Slightly disorganized, but they embrace the chaos to make things happen the right way.
Home rail Edmonton is does not provide any customer service after the product is supplied. The sales team is all over the place when materials are supplied too much of some things and short of others. If you as them too help out it is always an extra bill. The product is good and should live up to Canadian climate. The sales department is likely the worst that I have ever seen!!!!
