Vincent and his team responded to my request for a consult quickly, came to our home and efficiently removed the affected area the next day, and were both professional and friendly throughout the process. We had some concerns for mold/water damage in our house. My husband called up Victor for help! He came to the rescue less than 24 hours later and reassured us that all was good. He took the time to speak with us about our concerns and even checked out a leaky faucet. We really appreciate his professionalism, helpful advice, and friendly demeanor. Home-Quality Restoration (Victor) would give them 10 stars if possible. As a 25 year Realtor in the local area it is imperative that I find and use the best companies for my clients. Victor was an absolute pleasure to work with during a very stressful time for us. His straightforward,thoughtful and successful approach to the remediation of the mold in our bathroom was outstanding. Of all of the contractors we obtained quotes from HQR was by far the most affordable because Victor focused on the main objective of removing the mold and did not add frivolous and unnecessary extra expenses. I highly recommend HQR and Victor for all of your mold remediation.
