The people we met with were all friendly and acted professional. Our shower installation was well done, everything works fine. HOWEVER the brochure photos and the sample we were given did not reflect the actual product we received. When I called and told them, the manager Chris came to meet with me and brought A DIFFERENT sample to show me. Of course that sample looked just like the product I received. You have to be wealthy to use Home Pros. And they only want to use materials they sell. I just needed a door, that I had previously bought, hung. They said no. Oh well.
Home Pros Remodeling personnel intalled 11 windows and two doors during the first phase of renovations on an old house. Cord Cox and his team were very efficient, thorough, courteous and professional. Upon completion of the installation, Cord was very caring and ensured that I understood how to operate the windows and doors during the walk-through. Cord and his team cleaned up after themselves and left a clean worksite by removing all old materials. Thank you so much for your courteous professionalism.
