We are very grateful for having @home care for our property. Fast communication, great guidance and outstanding attention to detail. Ashley Badkin from the Administration Team recently picked up on an error on our Rates following settlement. Without her keen eye, we would have had to go back and pay the solicitor! @home is a wonderful property management agent. I have been a tenant with them for 8 years. They always provide fast and professional response to any enquires relate to the property. I never had any issue with them. The staff are so friendly in all department. I would definitely use @home again if I need to rent a property in future.
It has been my experience that the @home team care about both their tenants and their property owners. Having had interactions with many property management businesses in the past, both as a tenant and as a property owner, I consider that to be highly admirable. I would recommend @home for their transparency and integrity.
Always responsive, nice, helpful. Been one of my most pleasant rental experiences. External staff engaged, glaziers and gardeners etc, have been prompt, considerate and respectful. Loved post inspection jelly beans and Christmas hamper. Both lovely surprises. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
