These people are Evil. Pure Evil. They swoop in, buy out apartments, disrupt residents' lives with their unique brand of landlord tyranny and jack up rents into the stratosphere. Gave over the thirty day required notice for intent to move out. They renewed my lease two months after moving. Claimed I failed to pay rent after renewal and took me to court for six times the amount claiming non-payment, damages and fees. How can someone damage a property living in another state that they have no access to all this while the home already had a new tenant. Shady company!!! Sold the property the following year... funny now no one knows how this happened but won't fix there mistakes
