Gave over the thirty day required notice for intent to move out. They renewed my lease two months after moving. Claimed I failed to pay rent after renewal and took me to court for six times the amount claiming non-payment, damages and fees. How can someone damage a property living in another state that they have no access to all this while the home already had a new tenant. Shady company!!! Sold the property the following year... funny now no one knows how this happened but won't fix there mistakes
