We've been in the Restoration and Cleaning Industry since 1984 and have seen it all and are uniquely trained to handle any problem. Call us anytime for Water, Mold, or Storm Damage. I'd never used a restoration company before and never will again.They did a decent job but overcharged nearly double on everything. I wouldn't recommend.
Our basement was flooded and we called Home Pride. They came out within an hour of our call and quickly started the clean up and remediation process. Soon after clean up/remediation was completed they started out on the repair. They had to rip out and replace carpet, remove and replace several pieces of drywall, trim & base boards and repair a window casing. They also painted the entire basement. They were very professional, courteous, and did a great job cleaning my carpets! I recommend them 10/10!!!
Restoration services were good and professional; however, Card Construction (their recommended construction crew for flooring) was a joke. With Card Construction plan on actively managing them and doing multiple follow ups to confirm whether they will even show up when they say they will. When they do, the work is good at times but it tapers in quality as things get to the end of the project. Strongly (very strongly) recommend going with another company.
