Ann in the office went to great links to help me. She worked until what was needed was accomplished. Diago and his crew worked non stop to replace my out of code roof and went to great links to do the best job possible from start to clean up. The gutter guys did a great job.
My neighbors used Home Pride for roof replacement at the suggestion of their insurer. This company subcontracted the job out to another company, without informing the home owners, and that company completely and totally failed to do the job correctly. Two different inspectors agreed the roof would need torn off and redone, and Home Pride fought at every step to take no responsibility for what happened until they were literally compelled to give the money back after the insurance company got involved.
