I would give 0 stars if possible. I'm owed money and the response I was given is we will send it when we send it. What the heck, if I was 1 day late it would be mass calling and harassment just the end of the world, but when I'm owed money you'll wait and be happy. No surveys available apparently just a terrible corporation

I refinanced with them once. They punished me by increasing the reserves. My monthly payments increased at the end of my refinance.
This by far the worst lender I have experienced!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND FIND BETTER!!! I don't know how they got the 5 star reviews. Must've paid someone!!! From their application process to piss poor estimating of escrow account, their business practices are way below where they should be. Don't fall to their low rates and easy qualifying tactics.. Their customer service should be better and all you will get is "I'm sorry for the inconvenience your are experiencing". Truly the worst, there are better lenders out there.
Do yourself a favor and go with any other mortgage company out there because they can’t possibly be worse than Home Point . Zack Davis is probably the worst at returning phone calls and emails. Zach actually contacted us while we were in the middle of a refinance and gave us a song and dance about how they wanted to retain our business but in the end all he did was screw up what we had going with another company by delaying and delaying until we had to start all over again because everything he told us was a lie .
