These guys are the worst. Run as far away from them as you can. I've had nothing but problems since day one when Loan Depot notified me that they would be taking over and servicing the loan. Where to even start here, let me see: 1) Every time I call their Customer Service, they treat me like i'm a criminal who is past due on my bills, playing a recording over and over remind me that they are a debt collector and this is an attempt to collect a debt, blah blah...ummm excuse me!
