I wish my mortgage wasn't sold to this horrible company. They can't do escrow correctly, pay property taxes, or pay insurance!
Absolutely the laziest, most incompetent group of people I've ever dealt with. My closing attorney spent over a week trying to get a payoff statement from this company and couldn't get anything. I called the company (as their customer) and was told it would take over 7 days to get the statement. This company has delayed the closing of the sale of my home which, in turn, delays the closing of the purchase of the new home. No apologies offered. Nothing. Just complete incompetence and a lack of concern for their customers.
Very poor customer service, the contact number they provide will never connect to representatives, instead it just say what’s available in the website already .
