This is the most inept company I have ever worked with. Their customer support staff repeatedly gives out wrong information which affects my payment and even my credit rating!!!!! Send around from department to department only to get no help other than more incorrect answers. I spend an average of 5 hours a month on the phone with them trying to fix problems. If I could afford to I would remortgage immediately!
