Stay away!! This company is terrible to work with. They only work fast when they run your initial credit and provide you the rate. After that, you will wish you have never met them. They have dragged the refinance process for 90 days and hit my credit hard again to complete the process. Not every person have the same knowledge of the case they work on and things change very fast. There are many lenders in the market who can get things better and sooner. Please stay away if you need peace of mind and less credit hits.
The absolute worst experience on a Refinancing ever!!!! I have owned 3 homes and have never ever experienced the mess this company made me go thru. In fact I lost 1k because I said screw it and pulled out of the refi. HORRIBLE COMPANY STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

Payment processing is fairly easy, but overall the level of customer service here is doodoo. Their associate support is slow, the phone line crackles like crazy no matter when or where you call from (to the point of making it impossible to understand). If you have a problem, it will almost certainly not be easy to deal with. Just refinanced with another company and am so happy this is not the new servicer.
They helped me refinance my home after my husband passed. I’ve never been in such good hands before. They’re the definition of efficient and I loved working with you guys. Thanks Homepoint!
