Literally the most frustrating company I have ever done business with! Terrible automated system that always says “an error has occurred” every time I try to access my account info. Redid their site and make it nearly impossible to access online as well.
Trying to contact this place is very frustrating. I work for a local insurance company and have been hung up on 4 times today. I have tried pressing zero to speak to a live person but with no luck. Either their phone system is down today or they have terrible customer service.
This was my first time buying a house so i had absolutely no clue what i was doing. Jim Griffiths walked me through all of the steps and set me up with the best loan for me. Would recommend them to anyone.
