They failed to pay our property taxes out of our impound account which we discovered as we tried to close the sale of our home. We had our home in escrow with a 3 day cash close and the lean nearly blew the deal out of the water. Fortunately, we were able to front the funds to lift the lean and proceed with the sale, otherwise home point financials negligence would have killed our deal.
