Chris spent a lot of (unpaid) time on the phone with me making sure I had plenty of excellent advice in the face of an emergency. I didn't get to use his services but would not hesitate to do so if required in future.

Person was very dismissive over the phone, I did not get a chance to explain what was required or wanted or even where it was based, before being told "I cannot do it."
