Unless you can regularly stay on the phone, or in their office for face-to-face appointments, I absolutely DO NOT recommend Home Plans Unlimited(HPU). I had the unfortunate experience of Lee Mabrie working on my project. Supposedly, Miles and Lee have their own separate clients. Where Lee is very talented in what he does, able to draw up beautiful home sketches on the spot, I found he was not very professional at all, nice guys, but not professional.
