Had an issue with the AC on a hot Sunday in July and Jared was there within an hour and got it fixed fast. Will definitely use these guys in the future over the big HVAC companies.
I was so relieved to find Home Performance Pros! Everything about HPP is exceptional: prompt response (out to my home in 2 hours), clear communication, a reasonable bid, and a great installation experience! Jared was very knowledgeable and courteous. He even brought us a portable air conditioner to get through the next couple days until I was available for the installation. Travis was a skilled and pleasant technician who got the job done seamlessly. I will never call anyone else!
