We had a beautiful egress window installed by Nate and the Home Path crew this summer. When it was found out later that the window was slightly out of square, Nate made it a point to come that week to address the issue (In fact he called me from the car on his family vacation!) Later that week the frame was removed and replaced, as was the window. The team was efficient, clean, and thorough. I had water coming into my basement, which I knew nothing about till Nate came out and explained everything to me in detail, and how they were going to fix it. On the day scheduled frank and the crew showed up promptly were respectful and concerned about cleaning everything up when done. I am very satisfied with the entire experience, and would highly recommend.
