So as of right now all we have is the mole treatment plan with this company. Tom Barker is the technician that is taking care of our service right now, and he is doing an exceptional job. He is very polite, courteous, and has great customer service! We are in the market for a new pest control company to take over the rest of our pest control needs because we are unhappy with who we are using now. Do not recommend! Ever since last technician left I have nothing but problems. New manager seems money hungry and not at all genuine in his efforts to fix pest problems.
New pest person doesn't know what their doing at all. Completely disappointed that Colton left as he was only reason I kept services. Find a better company.
Tom did a good.job !
Tom was punctual, kind, and attentive. He walked the property with me and explained the service and then followed up with me after. He answered all of my questions too.
