I have tried to contact them over 10 times and they give you different numbers that no one answers and then disconnects. They charge my credit card 499.99 even after I called to let them know not to charge my card. There customer service is the worse. It's been 3 months and still trying to get my money back.

I was discharged from hospital on Friday with blot clots in my lungs, needing oxygen.... Home Oxygen managed to bill my credit card without mentioning that they weren't going to deliver the oxygen condenser until MONDAY AFTERNOON!!!! I GUESS I WAS SUPPOSED TO HOLD MY BREATH FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!!!! No apology ... They only care about the cash!!!

Be very careful, they are very irresponsible with billing! they never billed me or my insurance for 17 months then turned it over to collection. They had my phone number the entire time but just waited until it was too late to bill through I esurance and forced me to pay the bill. Shame on you for being g irresponsible and being able to dump it on your customer! will never use you again and will tell everyone what you have done!
