David Richie runs Water Solutions and is the best technician in our area!!! Professional with 10 star customer service. Never use any other company to fix any water issues!!!! For nearly 10 years he and Matthew are ten fold better than any company in the greater Palatka area!! Please heed my advice……USE WATER SOLUTIONS BY DAVE RICHIE!!! YOU WILL NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED! John was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable. He was also able to install the same day! I would highly recommend this company and John!
John was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and provided us with the best water softener for our needs at a great price. We called him on Thursday and had a system installed on Friday. I still couldn’t get him to mow my yard though.

Chris Huffman was amazing! We are absolutely content with our decision to go with a water softening system. Chris made us feel really comfortable and put up with all of our questions and was just an all around good person. We've had our system (and products) for about 7 days now and we love them!
